  Bring your package to the nearest Al-Fatah outlet or schedule a courier pickup through our support representative for added convenience.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
